Excuse the abrupt beginning of this video. youtube finally fixed the loophole of hex-editing the durations to allow 10+ minute vids. The original video for this whole level was 14 minutes long. I started this video about halfway through section 2 of area 1 of The Library, where I left off from the WIP video. Here it is! After a week of planning, and trial and error, I finally completed what will be the longest and most difficult level in all of Mushroom Kingdom Fusion: a recreation of the hardest level in the first Halo game: The Library. This level took me the longest time from initial conception to what you see in this video now. This level automatically scrolls to simulate following 343 Guilty Spark through the Library, like in the real Halo level. A new encounter added is the Flood Rush area, where 343 Guilty Spark leaves you behind to leave Mario at the mercy of the mass of Flood. To progress, Mario has to kill a specified number of Flood Combat Forms and Flood Carrier Forms, as indicated by an on-screen meter. 343 Guilty Spark also serves as a cache of weapons and items for Mario. By request, 343GS is now stompable. By stomping or shooting the Monitor, it will drop power-ups and weapons. This serves as a reason to bash that annoying, self-absorbed, and detached light bulb.
