I have a beautiful baby girl and now we want to conceive a boy. Given my age and complications due to my first pregnancy we are hoping to have only one more baby preferably a boy to have a complete family. Any tips that can increase the chances of having a baby boy? Serious responses please.

I am trying really hard to get pregnant with my husband. I have wondered how and if pregnancy after miscarriage is possible, how quickly to conceive afterwards? But, on another note all my husbands brothers and sisters and my brother have girls – really strange, there are 6 girls so far, I would love to be able to give my husband a boy it would make him so proud, does anyone have any tips on how to conceive boy baby?
