im breastfeeding and im not planing to stop but im trying to get pregnant as well but while im breastfeeding i dont have period what are the chances to get pregnant and i dont want to stop breastfeeding my son because of that..

My last injection was October 2005. My doctor informed me my period was supposed to return on or around January 2006. Here it is August 2, 2006 and no periods. Any suggestions to start my periods again? I was on Depo Provera for 6 months. From May 2005 until October 2005. I need my periods to start to conceive. How long naturally should I wait for it to get out of my system before consulting my doctor? I was planning on waiting until October 2006 since it would be a whole year from the last injection. What do you think?
